TheLast Post

 18/03/2021

The Last Post is a song played on trumpet at the end of ANZAC day. The Last Post signifies the end of the day's activities, it is also played at military funerals to indicate that the soldier as gone to his final rest. The song has been around for hundreds of years but it wasn't until the mid 1800s that the Last Post changed it's meaning and significance.

Title: What is International Women's Day

Type: Information

Creator: Click View ( youtube )

Purpose: To tell us about National Women's day

Date: 15 March 2021

In class we watched a video on what International Woman's Day is about and why we celebrate it. The video basically told us about who started the movement for woman to have more rights, the dates of when woman got the rights and a lot more.

How does the text depict age, gender, cultural groups? I think that this is focused on any ages of girls because it is about International Women's Day.
